St Luke’s Hospice, Sheffield

We care for people aged 18 and above throughout Sheffield who have incurable illnesses. We aim to control their symptoms, alleviate pain, and give them the best possible quality of life – all free of charge!

St Luke's is not just for cancer patients, and it's far more than a building. In fact you may be surprised to learn that most of our patients never set foot in the Hospice itself. Day in, day out we depend entirely on the commitment and generosity of many, many people across Sheffield and beyond to provide most of the money we need. We serve the Sheffield people who need us most, regardless of age, cultural background, postcode or religion.

Scotty's Little Soldiers

Scotty's Little Soldiers is dedicated to supporting the children of men and women killed while serving in the British Armed Forces. The charity provides Christmas and birthday gifts, treats, trips and activities for the families of the fallen as well as enabling them to use the charity holiday lodges.

Inspired by the experience of army widow Nikki Scott, the charity honours husband Corporal Lee Scott's memory - both as a loyal soldier and a loving father - and provides a practical yet personal way for the public at large to show their appreciation for those brave individuals who make the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country.
